Day One, Saturday October 21, 2023

9am—Check into Rainforest Villa

10am—Welcome to Country/Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians and sacredness of Mount Tambourine specifically as site for Women’s Business)

10:30am—Women’s Circle/Building Counsel and Agreements Together

Women Be Cookin’ Together—Join in the ancient practice of women making food together. Traditional Food from across the African Diaspora, Local Tukka, and any food that represent what you love most. (Ingredients will be made available, along with two kitchens available for use). Don’t worry if it all goes horribly wrong we’ll order in…Hahaha

8pm—Music, Dance, Relaxing, Do What Feels Good to You

10pm—Rainforest Villas quiet time. This is a good time to sleep, breathe, connect with the Rainforest and all her creatures that will be hosting us.

Day Two, Sunday October 22, 2023

7am-8am—Breakfast Basket Provided in Villa

Enjoy the Rainforest, have breakfast, meditate, hug someone, great the creatures in the rainforest, or just sleep in.

8am—Yoga with Carra (of the Carralee Collective)

9am—Shop the Carralee Collective Closet—Activewear for Wellness—10% Discount for all workshop participants

10am—Women’s Circle/Individual Reflections and Sharing

11 noon—Break/transition/lunch/Book a Private Dance Lesson/Book a Healing Session with a Practitioner

11:30 am—Just Groove (Kompa/Afro House/Kizomba/And Beyond)

1pm—Shop the Carralee Collectiven (10 % discount for all retreat participants)/Book a Private Dance Lesson/Book a Healing Session with a Practitioner/ have a break, rest, transition whatever you want

2pm—Meet for Carpool to Witches Falls Winery for Tasting

2:30 —Wine Tasting at Witches Falls Winery (Cheese Board provided)

4:30–Carpool back to Rainforest Villa

5pm—Book a Private Dance Lesson/ Book a Healing Session with a Practitioner/Relax in your Rainforest Villa/Shop Carralee Collective Closet/Enjoy the Rainforest/Eat/Whatever YOU want (as long as it’s legal…hahaha)

6pm—Party/Celebration (Open to the Community—Women, Men, and Everyone)

DJ Ama will spin everything from Kizomba to Tara to Kompa to AfroBeats to Beyoncé (my special birthday request…hahaha)

10pm—Rainforest Villas quiet time. This is a good time to sleep, breathe, connect with the Rainforest and all her creatures that will be hosting us.

Day 3, Monday October 23, 2023

7am—Breakfast basket provided in Rainforest Villa

9am—Gathering for reflections and Goodbyes

10am—check out of Rainforest Villa
